Natural Soap | UNCORKED - Red Wine, Red Clay & Cocoa Butter Soap

Uncorked is my most romantic bar of soap featuring five luxurious oils, organic cocoa butter, red wine, and the scentuous aroma of lavender, rosemary, and lemongrass essential oils. The deep red colour produced by the red wine is enhanced with a healthy dose of Australian Red Reef Clay. Not only does it produce a beautiful colour, but it is believed that the high iron content and minerals in Red Reef Clay help to replenish and soften the skin.

I use red wine in this soap recipe because the natural sugars in the wine help to create a highly desirable creamy and luxurious lather. Grapes are also believed to add extra rich nutrients to a bottle of wine, so I've poured that right into your bar of soap!

NOTES & PRECAUTIONS:

- To ensure that your handmade soaps last as long as possible always keep them on a well-drained soap dish and allow the soap to dry between uses. Soap left in standing water can become soft and will not last as long.

- Please allow for slight differences in the colour and size of our soaps, as all our soaps are handmade in small batches and cut by hand.

- All Botany Barn Canada products are produced in a facility that uses almond, hazelnut and other nut oils, so please be aware of this for those with severe nut allergies.
