Shipping & Delivery

Processing time:
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days
Custom orders ship in 4-6 weeks unless we have discussed otherwise. This allows time for your custom batch of soaps to cure (as water evaporates the bars harden up and your soap is ready to use in 4 weeks).

Shipping carrier:
I ship all orders through Canada Post except for special circumstances. If you are ordering from the US, your parcel will be passed to USPS at the border. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free over purchases of  CAD$100. Shipping is available to anywhere in Canada & the US.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
